Head of Residential Property - Dorset

Regional law firm with several offices are seeking to recruit a Head of Residential Property.

the firm has a long standing reputation across the region and is seeking a qualified solicitor or legal executive to manage their existing conveyancing team.

The office handles a broad range of transactions including HNW clients and this role is to lead and motive the existing team alongside fee earning and responsibility for budgets, marketing, compliance and drive their continued success.

Ideally you will be a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive that has previous management experience coupled with expert knowledge of freehold and leasehold residential conyeyancing transactions whilst leading by example.
