Corporate & Commercial Solicitor - Thames Valley

Highly rated law firm with a strong regional and City presence is seeking to expand their Corporate and Commercial Team.

The firm act for an impressive portfolio of clients that include household names and international PLC's.

The Corporate & Commercial Team provide advice and transactional matters across a variety of sectors that include I.T and Technology clients, ranging from national to international clients.

Within the role you will handle a variety of a general commercial law and IP-related agreements including providing advice and drafting contracts and terms and conditions for the supply of goods and services, IT contracts and outsourcing, software licensing, online trading terms and conditions, consultancy agreements, intellectual property, data protection, privacy, distribution agreements, agency agreements and collaboration agreements.

Ideally, you will have excellent academics coupled with training at a Regional or City firm. It is essential that you have gained commercial contract drafting experience and also dealt with matters relating to Data Protection, Regulatory matters and Corporate Transactions.
