Our client is a well-established, specialist Legal 500 firm with a great reputation in the City of London. The firm have been in existence for over 150 years and are leaders in several specialised sectors.
They are now seeking a Residential Development Solicitor to join their award winning team. The right candidate will have 1 - 3 years PQE experience of carrying their own caseload of Residential Development matters.
The role will include development work, sales and acquisitions, option agreements, conditional contracts and corporate support work. You will also be assisting Partners on more complex matters alongside your own caseload.
Applications are invited from Residential Development Solicitors with between 1 and 3 years PQE who have a strong track record and excellent academics.
