Leading regional law firm with a strong presence within London continues to go from strength to strength and rises through the legal 100.
Their Private Client team provides a wide range of advice to individuals, trustees, estates and institutions with an enviable portfolio of clients including business owners, landed estates, entrepreneurs and wealthy families, sometimes with international elements.
The role will involve managing a broad caseload of contentious probate work within a highly motivated team that continues to achieve success with an enviable portfolio of clients including charities.
Ideally, you will be an experienced Solicitor currently working at a regarded law firm with proven ability handling probate claims, trusts, disputes and charitable legacy disputes and be confident building external relationships through business development, seminars and marketing initiatives.. Candidates with limited experience within Contested Probates, but experience gained a highly regarded firm in Litigation will also be considered.
