Property Litigation Solicitor

A newly or recently qualified Solicitor is required to join the Bristol or Taunton office of a Top 100 UK Law firm within their Property Litigation department.

This is a great opportunity for a junior Solicitor to join a top tier Property Litigation department and expand on your existing experience and skills.

You will manage a varied caseload of Property Litigation matters including but not limited to; Purchaser claims and trespass and squatter actions, Building and development disputes and Landlord and tenant work.

The successful candidate will be a NQ - 3 Yrs Solicitor who has experience of advising on Property Litigation matters. You will have good academics and conducted your training contract at a Top 100 UK Law Firm.

Salary is competitive and will be in line with your level of experience.

£38,000 - £44,000
