Social Care Team Solicitor - Dorset

Leading law firm on the South Coast is seeking to expand their Social Care team. This highly regarded department acts for clients nationwide and continues to expand.

The team is respected and know as market leaders and as such offer an excellent working environment.

Their team of experts specialises in advising and representing clients on a range of issues across the health and social care sector, including defending civil and criminal enforcement action by the Care Quality Commission, safeguarding investigations, allegations of neglect or ill-treatment, criminal prosecutions, Coroners inquests, fee disputes and regulatory due diligence, amongst other matters. The team acts for a variety of care providers, ranging from family run businesses to large national corporate providers.

Ideally, you will have some experience gained within the care sector which would include inquests or enforcement action by the Care Quality Commission, together with a willingness to develop new skills and engage in effective business development.

In return, my client offers a competitive package, market-led training and personal development within a law firm and practice recognised nationally.
