An exciting opportunity for an experienced family solicitor to join a top 200 UK firm, in Blackburn, as the head of family.
Our client is a highly reputable firm with multiple office based in and around Manchester. They have gained many impressive accreditations since their establishment from the likes of Lexcel and the Law Society for their consistent high-quality service in family law. Their passionate family team work collaboratively to provide the best service for their clients at the most sensitive of times.
This Head of Family will have at least five years of post-qualifying experience with a strong background in family law. You will have experience running a full caseload of private and legal aid family matters, working to deadlines when required. You should be confident with business development and building lasting relationships with clients. You should conduct your work with a people centred approach and act empathetically when advising your clients.
If successful, you will be leading the way in building and developing the department and workload whilst having the full support of management to progress and drive the department forward. You will work closely with your department on a full range of family matters. You will be able to benefit from a generous bonus package, competitive salary and flexible working hours.
