Employment Solicitor

A leading international practice is seeking to appoint a Solicitor/Associate/Senior Associate to join its Employment Division in central Bristol. The team act on behalf of a large commercial client base and a strong public sector base, including many household names and listed businesses. 

On a daily basis you will be tasked with advising employers across a variety of sectors, including retail, health, logistics and insurance work. Your caseload will consist of both contentious and non-contentious matters, including major projects consisting of restructures, M&A, TUPE, collective consultation and general advisory work. Exposure to corporate immigration will be advantageous.

Applications are encouraged from employment practitioners with excellent technical expertise, capable of handling complex work and supervising more junior level members of the team. You will have an exemplary academic record paired with experience gained at a recognised leading practice. A proven track record of undertaking networking and business development is desirable.
