Catastrophic Injury Fee Earner

One of Liverpool's largest and well-established defendant law firms has a rare opportunity for a catastrophic injury fee earner (solicitor, legal executive or paralegal) to join its highly renowned catastrophic injury (large loss) departments on a 12 month FTC basis.

The team is recognised across the region and nationally for their high quality work and outstanding level of service to their insurer clients and policyholders.

You will be joining a team who boast a wealth of experience, both qualified and non-qualified fee earners, dealing with a caseload of high value and complex catastrophic injury claims. You will provide assistance to the partners and wider team when necessary and have exposure to technical and quality work.

You may be a qualified solicitor or legal executive or an experienced paralegal. Your background will be in handling catastrophic or serious injury claims and you will have sound knowledge of the litigation process and procedures.
