Job Details
A modern progressive and boutique law firm with strong connections to the South East Asia market has a requirement for a Company Commercial Lawyer at Partner level to join the team in London (Liverpool Street). This is an exciting opportunity for a senior lawyer to join a firm that predominately works with Global 500 clients with an established presence.
This full-service law firm that offers a comprehensive range of legal services to businesses and private individuals. A significant part of the firm's client base is working with Global 500 clients in the South East Asia market however they are also keen to develop UK business generally too. The firm have a strong business development function with an excellent network of contacts.
The firm are looking to appoint an experienced and dynamic lawyer with 7 years + experience in corporate transactions and commercial work. The ideal candidate will have a following of business, however this is not a requirement as the firm will consider ambitious lawyers who are able to develop and pitch for large scale business.
As well as managing the Company Commercial team that will include general staff management, looking after team member workloads and providing technical expertise, this role will also play and active and key role within the senior leadership and strategies of the firm; having a genuine in-pact on the direction and strategy of the firm as the business grows.
