Job Details
The ideal candidate will be able to run a full caseload of wills, trusts and tax matters to include Court of Protection, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, wills, trusts and tax planning. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team within a buoyant legal market.
You must be an established private client solicitor with around 3+ years' PQE (legal executives also considered) which will include wills, probate, estate planning, LPAs, Court of Protection, trusts and tax matters. You will likely have strong client care skills and ideally, will be a STEP member or working towards the STEP qualification.
