PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR (0-2 YR PQE)

£27,000 - £36,000
A fantastic, highly regarded regional firm with offices across the East Midlands are looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor into their team in Cambridge. Their ideal candidate will be a 0-2 yrs PQE Property Litigation Solicitor based in Cambridge, or within a commutable distance.
Situated in well equipped, spacious offices in a convenient location for commuter links in and out of Cambridge, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Property Litigation qualified at NQ level or up to 2 years PQE.
The areas of practice covered within the team include adverse possession, development agreements, restrictive covenants, breaches of covenant, break clauses, dilapidations, lease extensions and tenant default.
