Dispute Resolution (Litigation) Solicitor
Lincoln
£32,000 + (negotiable depending upon experience)
A superb Lincoln based private practice are looking to expand their Dispute Resolution team with a strong Litigator. Having placed candidates with this leading employer, I can speak with confidence about the excellent working environment, office culture, opportunity for progression and general employee satisfaction.
Situated in modern offices in a central Lincoln location, this firm benefit from excellent commuter links and local available parking in addition to a well equipped office with great technology.
Candidates with 1-3 PQE are preferred, but this firm are keen to consider any qualified candidates who feel they would be suitable
Experience required:
- Experience of general litigation (preferably to include commercial, property and contentious probate disputes).
- Good knowledge of civil procedure and court rules together with experience of alternative dispute resolution.
- Excellent client relationship, interpersonal and team skills, including an ability to work closely with others.
- Initiative and self-motivation.
- Time and matter management skills.
- Ability to adopt a commercial as well as legal approach to client issues.
- Understanding and adoption of the Firm's values and behaviours.
- An ability to business develop and network individually & collectively
