3 + PQE Corporate/Commercial Solicitor – Cheltenham

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a modern and dynamic law firm to work with a Partner.

They are seeking to recruit a 3+ PQE Solicitor to join the very busy and well regarded Corporate Commercial team.

The role will involve a broad range of both corporate and commercial work with around a third being corporate, ranging from multi-million pound sales to local retail. The commercial work will include a mix of general commercial contracts, IT contracts and GDPR matters. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for their own caseload and must be able to show experience of dealing with corporate commercial work.

The nature of this role will ideally suit a candidate with a confident personality who is comfortable with direct client contact.

The successful candidate should have:

• Excellent administration and organisation skills
• The ability to manage and prioritise a significant work load
• Excellent time management skills
• The ability to work on own and as part of a team of Lawyers and Managers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A keenness to participate in marketing and business development activities
