Company Commercial Solicitor

Are you a company commercial solicitor looking to join a long established and reputed law firm with a strong presence in the South West area? 

This law firm is expanding its niche company commercial offering in Bristol and is looking for an experienced solicitor, ideally with at least 5 years' experience within company commercial law. 
 
This firm has a diverse client base, so there will be the opportunity to work with these clients on a variety of matters including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, re-organisations and commercial contracts. You will also advise SME and family businesses, along with entrepreneurs and charities.  
 
This is a unique opportunity for a company commercial solicitor to join a boutique firm with a friendly team. This will be a hands on role from day one, with much more client contact than you may get in a larger firm/department. 
 
There will be an opportunity to take over the responsibility of running the Bristol office and also directorship in the future. 
 
Salary dependent on experience. Having a good work/life balance is held in very high regard at this firm.
