Are you a commercial litigation solicitor looking to handle a really broad ranging, high-value caseload, while working in a down-to-earth firm that offers a great work/life balance? If so, this role in Harrogate could be the one for you!

Our client is a modern, forward-thinking full-service law firm that prides itself on its traditional values and the delivery of good quality service to clients. The firm has a fantastic regional reputation and as a result, gains lots of referrals and repeat business from high-end clients. The firm is an innovative, single-site business and continues to look for ways they can improve and really deliver the best services possible to their clients.

If you love taking a hands-on approach in your day-to-day work and have a passion for dealing with all aspects of commercial litigation law but possibly also including property and contentious probate matters, then role is perfect. Acting for a mix of clients, including privately owned businesses, entrepreneurs and HNW individuals, you will handle a varied caseload of the quality which would normally gravitate towards Leeds and other larger city practices.

You will play a leading role in the firm's wider business development and marketing initiatives and can look to identify new areas of growth for the firm. This is a great opportunity to boost your own reputation in the region while also working to further the team's presence in the area.

A competitive salary and benefits package is on offer for the successful candidate, as well as the opportunity to work in a genuinely lovely firm and handle some really good quality work.

In terms of level of experience, the firm will consider applications from a commercial litigation solicitor with between NQ and 4 years' PQE. This is, however, given purely as a guideline and the firm will look at candidates who fall outside of this, so long as they can demonstrate the technical ability and enthusiasm necessary for the role.
