THE ROLE
A new role for a property litigation solicitor to join a team acting for a wide range of clients in the real estate sector.
ABOUT YOU
Dealing with well known organisations in the property and retail sectors, you will be able to demonstrate experience of a variety of property litigation work.
This may include service charge disputes, residential and commercial forfeiture claims, arrears recovery and lease enforcement, private sector possession claims, boundary, right of way and right of light disputes as well as adverse possession and disrepair claims.
A solicitor with 2-4pqe and good academics you will have a strong pedigree as a specialist property litigation lawyer.
Highly motivated and professional, you will have experience of handling your own caseload and be interested in impressing existing clients and winning new ones.
