Your new role
This ambitious UK law firm have grown considerably in the last three years and are known for their entrepreneurial, collaborative culture. They are currently seeking an ambitious and commercially minded solicitor to join their Document Review and Collation team in central Bristol, which has been established to address the changing needs of their clients and the wider firm. This role could be part-time for the right candidate and our client are open to discussing flexible working patterns/job share.
As well as undertaking a QC review of documents to a high level, you will be expected to provide training to fee earners around the firm on the software and advise on e-disclosure generally. The role will involve helping to supervise a small team of junior paralegals and you will manage the team's day to day workloads. You will be expected to contribute to tender documents and capability statements, assist with recruitment and liaise with external project managers.
You should be a qualified lawyer and will need to have experience of identifying documents protected by privilege and you should have previous experience of supervision as you will be given responsibility for managing staff. You should be able to demonstrate proven technical abilities within the disclosure process; data subject access experience would also be beneficial.
