Your new role
You will enjoy a varied role which will be split between providing legal assistance to the Senior Legal Counsel and providing global support for the company's secretarial administrators. Your main duties will involve, providing analysis and contract summaries as requested, ensuring business compliance and reviewing basic contracts.

What you will need to succeed
You will be an experienced paralegal with a law degree, LPC or CILEX and will ideally have experience working In House or within a large Private Practice commercial team. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate previous experience working with commercial contracts and agreements and will possess strong communication and organisational skills.
