COURT OF PROTECTION PRACTITIONER - Hampshire - Flexible working

Multi-site law firm that is rated in the top 100 law firms and within leading legal directories continues to grow and is seeking to recruit a Court of Protection Practitioner.

The role will involve working at their Southampton office and face to face with clients dealing with a varied caseload, involving all aspects of financial management under Professional Deputyship and Lasting Powers of Attorneys.

The role is flexible in terms of hours and working location (from home, remote, or a different office) and will be provided with the support of the wider COP team with junior (admin) and senior (technical) support when required.

Ideally you will have 2 years minimum experience running a caseload of matters including deputyship work, lower level asset matters where care funding from local authority, NHS or other and benefit income is relevant and the ability to run LPA's. You should have some contacts with fellow professionals, social workers and Local Authorities in this practice area.

The role is a varied and a challenging position with opportunities to work with the Head of Department to grow the Court of Protection presence on the South Coast.
