Job Details

This highly reputable regional firm based in Staffordshire has a brand new opening for a proven Litigation solicitor to head up a small team. This position has come around due to growth and continued success.

You will be managing a team of fee earners including qualified and non qualified legal professionals. Applications must be from qualified solicitors with a minimum PQE of 2 years. Alongside managing this small but efficient team, you will gain access to high value commercial and civil litigation files.

The work is the full range of litigation - contract disputes, constructions disputes, wills and estates disputes, defamation, property litigation, dilapidations, landlord and tenant disputes etc.

Salary is not an issue as it is important they bring on board the right candidate. Should you have a salary expectation in mind please let me know.

You will be joining a family feel, friendly team and you will report into the director.

There is parking available.

Office hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm. A healthy work life balance is encouraged to ensure a positive culture.

You will be entitled to 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
