A top tier ranked Legal 500 & Chambers practice with offices in both Central London and Reading is now looking to hire an Junior Employment Solicitor into their well-established Reading office. They deal with employment law for employers, employees, corporate support, business immigration and HR advice. Many of their lawyers are described as leaders in their field within the Legal 500 publications.

This role has come about due to recent success and they are now looking for a Junior Employment Solicitor to join their dynamic team. My client is happy to hear from individuals who have already qualified but also from those who are due to qualify in 3-6 months. They are happy to wait for the right candidate.

My client is interested in those with good academic grades and who have had a solid employment training seat. Experience dealing with workplace grievances, settlement agreements, employment contracts etc is desirable. Individuals with an interest in employment litigation would certainly be of interest.

The successful Employment Solicitor will advise both organisations and individuals on employment as well as business immigration law and related issues.
