Your new firm
This firm is a great example of a constantly adapting business which is always going from strength to strength. The firm boasts an impressive international client base and has an exciting development strategy to continue its impressive growth trajectory. The personnel within the organisation are hugely respected for their collective knowledge, they are always looking to promote and progress their staff which is the reasoning behind their very impressive retention rate. They are now looking to set up the UK department within Litigation, with a Partner already in place they are now looking to grow this significantly within the next year. I can confidently say this is the peak time in which to join an extremely reputable, market leading business.

Your new role
This is a newly created Litigation Associate role, you will play an instrumental part in implementing the company's growth strategy, and grow the business alongside the partner. You are expected to hit the ground running to an extent as they have a relatively hands off approach. However they offer a collegiate type environment, with the Partners and Associates constantly working together on some very impressive work. You will negotiate and draft business-critical contacts, and as a trusted partner to the business, you will get a lot of exposure. As its in a development process, this will initially start off with yourself, alongside the partner - who fully expects you to be involved as much as possible and grow the team over the longer term.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be UK qualified litigation lawyer with at least 5 years' PQE, you will need to have the drive to succeed and to want to be at partner level in due course. Whilst being ambitious to progress your career, you will also be able to work autonomously whilst being a part of a bigger picture. You will hold responsibility, and be accountable for matters. You will ideally have experience in dealing with International Arbitration, and you must have extensive experience within English courtrooms. You will be a team player with the ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels, carrying yourself credibly at senior levels.

What you'll get in return
You will have the chance to be a massive part of this firms growth story. They are already making a huge impact within the UK and are market leaders intentionally. You will benefit from undoubtable progression over the long term with the ability to develop your own practice. You will be very well-remunerated and be given an excellent benefits package.
