A technology startup company based in Central London that has recently raised a $50 million Series C funding round. The organisation has enjoyed exceptional growth across its international markets, implementing its acquisitive growth strategy to increase its market share in both the European and APAC regions.

Your new role

An In-house UK Sole Legal Counsel interim position with the potential to become permanent. You will lead in the drafting and negotiation of business critical commercial agreements, with a particular focus on negotiating SaaS agreements in addition to NDA's, Service Level, Partner and Vendor agreements. You will also advise on varied data privacy orientated matters.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be UK or Commonwealth qualified lawyer with demonstrable UK experience in varied commercial generalist matters. You will have significant in-house experience, either as a sole counsel or as part of a team in a technology or start-up environment, and you will have the confidence and commercial head to work autonomously as the sole lawyer for the UK. You will need to be assured in managing stakeholders at different levels of the business.
