Job Details

A great opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join a leading Real Estate Department who has an excellent reputation nationally.

It is expected that any applicant will be able to demonstrate upwards of 5 years PQE in dealing with a broad range of commercial matters including acquisitions and disposals of property and land, property finance, landlord and tenant and development matters.

Strong credentials in any of the following areas would be advantageous: public sector; developers; major occupiers; real estate finance, education; social housing; restructuring; and construction, energy and projects.

Joining the team as a senior member of staff you will also be encouraged to get actively involved in business development and will play a leading role in the continued development of the team in terms of maintaining and developing relationships with clients.

This is an excellent chance for an ambitious lawyer to join a team where you can have a real influence and play a crucial role in the future success of the department at a senior level.

The salary for this role will be dependent on experience but will be very competitive.
