Restructuring Solicitor - Manchester - Legal 500

This Manchester top flight firm is seeking a Restructuring solicitor to join the team.

If you are an NQ it is essential that you have undertaken at least a 6 month seat in restructuring during your training contract at another Legal 500 firm. This firm is looking ideally for candidates between NQ - 4 PQE, although candidates outside this will also be considered.

The role will involve working on complex, high value restructurings and you will be involved in advising financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, company directors and the like on strategies for recovery and turnaround.

Mainly non-contentious work although there may be some contentious insolvency involved.

A brilliant opportunity within a thriving practice.

QED
An acronym of the latin phrase quod erat demonstrandum which translates as "thus it is demonstrated" or "that which was to be demonstrated". It is most often used as an annotation at the end of a complex mathematical, scientific or philosophical argument to show that the author had proven what he had set out to prove. In recent times it has also been translated as "Quite Easily Done".
