Job Details
This Top 100 law firm are seeking a Real Estate Senior Associate / Partner to join their Cardiff / Birmingham or London office. The client base includes acting for major retailers, leisure operators, regional developers, local authorities, universities and healthcare providers. This firm offers an excellent working environment and a friendly and approachable culture.
In the role you will assist with a range of Real Estate matters, including landlord and tenant, estate management, acquisitions and disposals and some real estate finance. You will also be expected to take a pro-active role in business development (both within the local and national team). Applications are invited from real estate solicitors with a minimum of 10 years' post-qualified experience. You will be coming from a strong regional, city or national practice and will have experience that spans the full remit of commercial property matters.
