An Employment Solicitor is required to join a well-known Buckinghamshire practice to be based at their Aylesbury office.

Operating for over 100 years in Buckinghamshire, this firm can offer a homely environment in which to thrive and gain additional skills and most importantly progress in the firm. Possessing values within the market, they are committed to providing an excellent service to their clients.

The Employment caseload consists of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

You will be joining a team dealing with mainly respondent matters covering both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.

Applications are invited from Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years PQE however, those that fall just outside of this banding will also be considered providing they have the relevant experience at a reputable law firm.

Naturally a leading market salary and benefits package is on offer which includes 25 days' holiday entitlement as well as extra holidays over the Christmas period when the office closes, car parking, bonus scheme and pension.
