I'm working again with a long standing Solihull based client that requires a capable commercial property solicitor to manage a caseload focused largely on development work.

The firm is a respected and expanding practice with exciting plans for its commercial property offering.

The firm is ideally looking to now recruit a relatively junior property specialist, though is open to more experienced candidates, to deal with a range of work that would include many of the following:
  • Development site acquisitions and disposals
  • Sales and purchases of agricultural land
  • Plot sale site set up
  • Option agreements
  • Freehold reversion sales and purchases
  • Infrastructure documents
  • Section 106 agreements
  • Development site finance and funding arrangements
  • Promotion agreements.
You will be working under an experienced and knowledgeable commercial property specialist so this would be a great opportunity for you to advance your career, handle excellent quality work and gain plenty of client face time from the outset.

For further information about this Solihull based commercial property solicitor opportunity, please contact Andrew Cookson or apply via the link enclosing your current CV. 0121 609 1069.
