Job Details
In this role, you will run sales and purchase files from instruction to completion. Your caseload will be mixed and also include advising on leasehold matters, new build and shared ownership properties.
As a senior in the team, you will be given a high degree of responsibility from day one.
To apply for this role, ideally, you should ideally have at least 4 years' experience as a residential property solicitor or legal executive within another law firm.
This is an excellent opportunity to progress within residential property law and be supported by a very experienced and reputed team.
Excellent salary from £40k (depending on experience) + 25 days holiday, Christmas close down, birthday holiday and pension scheme.
