Delighted to be working with a leading Liverpool firm, known for excellent client care in all areas are looking to add a Residential Conveyancer to their Liverpool office.

This opportunity would suit a residential conveyancer with a history of managing their own caseload of varied residential property files in both freehold and leasehold of sale and purchase.

Well positioned in Liverpool, with convenient access to local commuter routes, excellent public transport options and available parking

Duties and responsibilities would include:

- Handling a caseload of residential property files
- Handling sale and purchase files and shared ownership, help to buy, remortgage and equity
- Developing further business
