Paralegal - EL and PL / RTA

CRA Consulting are working with a law firm with offices in South Yorkshire and Derbyshire to help recruit and Paralegal within a long-established Personal Injury Department.

I am looking for a candidate that will run their own caseload of mixed fast track EL, PL and RTA Claimant cases.

You will be able to handle files from instruction through to completion requiring the ability to forge a close relationship with clients and outside agencies.

Ideal applicants will have experience of handling fast track, claimant cases through all 3 stages of the MOJ portal process.

I am looking for candidates with a proven track record in delivering excellent client service and to deal with matters with a high degree of competence and efficiency.

You will also be required to work both under your own initiative and as part of a team. You must be able take direction and delegation from the Head of Department to ensure that the client receives the right amount of damages in every case.

You will be a Paralegal with 0-3 years' experience looking for a career in Personal Injury work who has worked within a similar role previously.

• Deal with matters from start to finish maximising fees through efficiency.
