Well-established practice in Leicestershire seeks an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is a rare opportunity for a driven Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a thriving firm in Leicester. Providing bespoke client care, the successful candidate will manage a demanding and varied caseload of dispute resolution matters. The firm is particularly looking for a legal professional with commercial and residential landlord and tenant litigation experience.

• Commercial and residential property disputes
• Commercial contract disputes
• Director and shareholder disputes
• Partnership disputes
• Professional negligence
• Trust disputes
• Contentious probate
• Disputes between family members
• Business development

The Candidate
• Solicitors with a minimum of five years’ PQE
• Solid experience in both commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes will be essential
• Excellent communication, client care and organisational skills are required
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs is essential
• Creative problem-solving ability
