Litigation Lawyer required at a Lexcel accredited firm in Kent to manage own caseload of general litigation matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented solicitor or chartered legal executive to join the litigation department at the Ashford branch of a well-established, multi-office firm.

  • Commercial and residential landlord and tenant
  • Professional negligence
  • Debt recovery
  • Partnership disputes
  • Building disputes
  • General contract
  • Insolvency (corporate and personal)
  • Inheritance claims
  • Business development activities involving networking and marketing
The Candidate
  • Solicitor or chartered legal executive with 2 – 3 years’ PQE in litigation
  • Skills in general civil and commercial litigation matters are essential
  • Excellent client care skills
  • Business development experience would be advantageous
  • IT proficiency
