An established Litigation team at a UK wide Legal 100 firm seek to appoint a junior lawyer. If you are are a qualified individual (Solicitor / Legal Exec) who is keen develop your career as a litigator you will benefit significantly as a member of this team who deal with both Commercial and Private Client Litigation matters.
The work is very diverse with the team boasting specialists in all aspects of commercial litigation ranging from general contractual, commercial and agency disputes as well to professional negligence cases and contentious probate disputes, generally all complex in their nature.
With the team lead by two partners and an a number of qualified lawyers there will be no shortage of expertise available to ensure your own career develops as you would wish. Managing your own diverse caseload (dependent on experience to date) you will also participate in business development activities as an integral part of what is a very supportive team.
The role is fantastic opportunity for anyone with a passion for contentious work who is keen to take initiative with a pragmatic and common sense approach.
If you enjoy an intellectually demanding role and are able to demonstrate strong practical skills and commercial awareness with an ability able to translate often information into clear and simple advice and actions then you will find no shortage of stimulation with the work on offer here.
