Court of Protection

A court of protection lawyer is sought for a specialist law firm, that spans services for individuals and business's but that is well known for its provisions within discrimination, human rights, family and for providing legal expertise to assist people who have become mentally incapable. This role will sit in their Court of Protection team and will work closely with an established partner that can provide expert support in a variety of legal aid and privately funded matters.

The firm have built and excellent reputation as an innovative and progressive practice and this role will join an established team and support a variety of contentious and non contentious court of protection matters. The firm are ideally looking for a paralegals or qualified lawyer with at least 2 years PQE in this area of law. Alternatively the firm will consider lawyers with experience in mental health legal work that are interested in making the transition into Court of protection.

Salary is up to 40k depending on experience, and you can expect to join a progressive law firm with an excellent reputation in their field.
