Banking Lawyer

A national law firm are actively looking to recruit a Banking lawyer to join their team in Reading. The firm have a City presence and you can therefore expect market leading work along with very competitive remuneration. This is a career opportunity in a growing team that the firm will invest in.

This opportunity is with a well known national law firm and this role will handle a range of Finance / banking transactions. Such as real estate finance, leveraged buyouts, asset based lending and general corporate lending (for both lenders, borrowers and PE funds). The team handle domestic UK and cross-border deals and work closely with their London office.

Ideally the candidate will have experience of acting for real estate finance lenders however this is not required. The firm are open to PQE and salary is depending on experience.
