An opportunity has arisen with a well known firm in Grantham who is now looking to appoint a residential conveyancing head of department.
Leading a small team, you will assist other fee earners and caseworkers and you will be visible to estate agents and other referrers in the area.
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the department whilst undertaking a full conveyancing caseload.
You will pick up a mixed caseload of conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and new build work. All aspects of residential conveyancing transactions.
This is an area of high net worth wealth and it is anticipated you would have the opportunity to handle high value property sales and purchases, and on occasional clarify complex queries.
With your strong organisational communication and interpersonal skills, you will be responsible for the distribution of work within the department and of nurturing the progress of the staff who report into you.
Applications are invited from relocators, however, you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Lincolnshire area.
