Employment Law Solicitor - Dorset.

Established law firm that continues to provide its staff with an excellent working environment and acts for individuals and commercial clients across the county and beyond.

They act for a clients across a range of sectors including employers and employees relating to contentious and non-contentious work; unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, contracts and policies and delivering seminars.

Ideally, you will be an Solicitor or FILEx with a minimum of 3 years' PQE and proven ability handling a broad caseload of work relating to contentious and non-contentious matters.

Opportunity to have a high degree of autonomy coupled with on-going training and support and play a part within business development and marketing.
