Matrimonial/Family Solicitor
An exciting opportunity has arisen at a fantastic firm in Bedfordshire as a Matrimonial/Family Solicitor. The firm are looking for someone to join their team who will hit the ground running with excellent client care and high quality non-contentious legal advice, the right candidate will become the head of department which means previous family law experience is essential.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for a varied caseload which will include, but not limited to:
- Divorce proceedings
- Property and financial issues
- Collaborative law
- Cohabitation agreements
- Formal separation agreements
Requirements:
- At least 3 years PQE as the candidate will be head of department
- Excellent client care skills
- Ability to manage a department
