Job Details
You will be a contentious probate solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE and experience in lack of capacity cases, fraud and undue influence cases, subsequent revocation and inheritance.
This is an opportunity to join an award-winning firm that has a family feel throughout the practice. You will be building and running a caseload of contentious probate and ToLATA cases including dealing with inheritance act claims and court of protection disputes.
This position has a lot of scope for growth and progression along with relationship building with your clients.
