Senior Family Lawyer
Are you an experienced Senior Family Lawyer, specialising in privately funded family work, looking for a new opportunity to join a Legal 500 ranked family team?
Our client, a leading Legal 500 and multi-office law firm, are looking to recruit a Senior Family Lawyer (Chartered Legal Executive or Solicitor) to join their office in Suffolk. You will be part of a wider team of 7 lawyers across the firms various locations, including working alongside another experienced solicitor at the firms Suffolk premises.
Experience:
You will be experienced in managing an existing caseload, containing a variety of privately funded family work, including but not limited to:
- Dealing with high net worth individuals and financial cases involving family businesses, trusts and pensions.
- Cohabitation, pre and post nuptial agreements
- Divorce
Requirements:
- Due to the seniority of this position, you will be expected to have 10+ years PQE
- An ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Good technical knowledge
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Commercial acumen
