Job Details
Fantastic opportunity to work for this Legal 500 & Top 200 listed full service law firm with a tremendous reputation throughout the North West. You will be joining one of the largest departments in the area and will be provided with a stream of high quality work, with a nationwide client base.
You will be expected to carry a caseload of up to 100 matters and deal with a broad mix of work to include: sales, purchase, right to buy, transfer of equity, remortgage, new builds, shared ownership, flats and auction properties. You will also need to have gained experience of dealing with leasehold, freehold, registered and unregistered land matters.
Ideally you will be comfortable working in a paperless environment and have previosuly worked without supervision. You will also be expected to supervise and mentor a junior fee earner & paralegal, as they will be assisting you with your matters and also managing a small caseload of Sales files.
This firm have an office based in central Manchester which is easily accesible by bus and train, as well as having plenty of local parking options. There is a great benefits system in place to include bonus, pension, generous holiday allowance, staff socials and career progression. Salary for this position will be circa £32k - £44k based on experience level.
