Job Details
You will be joining a small, but experienced team of fee earners who deal with privately funded Family Law, largely concerning divorce, ancillary relief and private Children Act matters for clients based around the Birmingham, Solihull and Warwickshire area.
The department is run by an experienced solicitor who has a great reputation in the south Birmingham area supported by another solicitor and junior staff.
To be successful in your application, you will need experience in running a caseload of private family matters. You will be representing clients on relatively straight forward matrimonial cases while lending support to the head of department when dealing with more involved cases or complex financial matters.
You will receive full support, plenty of client contact and on-the-job training, therefore, this would be a great opportunity for someone with 1+ years' PQE who is looking to progress their career.
