Outstanding opportunity to join this full service law firm and strike a fantastic work/life balance at a friendly & nice practice based in Manchester. This firm have a high quality of work and are quickly establishing themselves as a key player for international family law in the area.
My client are seeking a Family Solicitor / FCILEX to join their small department and deal with a caseload of private family law matters with a national & international client base as well as help with business development. You must be experienced within a broad range of family work such as divorce and separation, pre-nuptial disputes, adoption, financial disputes and ancillary relief however there will also be a particular focus on private children matters and cross border disputes. You will also get the opportunity to undertake your own advocacy.
Ideally you will need to have gained at least 3 years PQE and be willing to work with a Partner to help develop this department. As you will be based in a small team, there will be plenty of autonomy and input into tasks you will be dealing with. This is a great chance to develop your career in a stable environment within a close knit team. On top of this you will have the opportunity to meet with local clients, perform client visits and business develop.
