Private Client Fee Earner
We are looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor (with a minimum of 3 years’ experience), or a Legal Executive or Paralegal (with a minimum of 5 years’ experience) to join our expanding Private Client team at our head office in Nuneaton.
The ideal candidate must possess sound technical expertise across all aspects of Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection (deputyship primarily). Expertise in the areas of taxation and trusts would be advantageous but not essential and the successful candidate must be confident working independently with minimal supervision.
In this role, the successful candidate will be supported by other senior lawyers and experienced support staff members. The position will enable the successful candidate to further their career within an established team whist assisting with the growth of the department.
Both full time and part time applicants will be considered depending upon qualifications and experience.
