Law Costs Draftsperson

Our client is an award winning, specialist legal practice recognised for their work in the personal injury/medical negligence sector who encourage progression and development in their employees.

Candidates are expected to have experience in drafting costs budgets and/or bills of costs and demonstrate excellent negotiation skills. An ideal candidate would have previously handled their own costs caseload from start to finish and be competent in their use of Proclaim and CostsMaster.

Applicants should be able to work with minimal supervision as part of an existing team and be up to date with current costs case law. Candidates are also required to demonstrate excellent client care skills. Working from home may also be an option for this role.
