Job Details
You will be a commercial litigation solicitor or senior associate with at least 5 years' post-qualification experience. You will join a tier 1 ranked dispute resolution department focusing on purely commercial litigation.
You will be dealing with high value, complex commercial litigation, with international aspects and acting for high profile candidates. You will be working closely with the partners and managing your own caseload of medium to high value claims, which will include intellectual property and company shareholder disputes, along with sports law, insolvency and defamation claims.
This role would be suited to someone who ideally has public and private sector experience and has supervised or managed junior lawyers.
This team is rapidly growing and there is a lot of opportunities for an ambitious solicitor to join and become involved in practice management and innovation.
