Company Commercial Lawyer

An established full service legal 500 regional firm with an excellent reputation in the market has a requirement for a Company Commercial Solicitor with 1-5 years PQE to join their team working for their Uxbridge office.

The firm continue to grow across all its key services and has build a strong reputation, for delivering a quality service and a good value.

This role will work with a busy team on a wide range of company / commercial work - 50/50 split. This may include: company and business sales and purchases, contract drafting and negotiation - covering all types of contracts including Terms & Conditions of Sale/ Purchase; Supply/ Distribution/ Agency /Franchise agreements etc. You will also support any work associated with private equity/ investment documentation and other corporate finance related transactions; Shareholders Agreements and disputes, share capital restructuring; employee share option and other incentive schemes; business start-ups, business succession planning.

Training and development will be provided and you can expect to join a progressive and growing firm with a strong team culture.This role will suit a Solicitor with 1-5 years PQE experience in Company Commercial matters.
