Residential Conveyancer

We are currently looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join our Conveyancing Department at our Exeter office.

Dunn & Baker Solicitors are a progressive and forward thinking practice who are committed to providing a high level of service to all clients.

The ideal candidate will be qualified as a solicitor, legal executive or experienced conveyancing executive, with proven experience of working in a busy Conveyancing team as a fee earner. You will possess previous Conveyancing experience and be confident managing your own busy caseload. You will ensure transactions proceed as smoothly and quickly as possible and offer a high-quality property service. You will possess strong communication skills and inspire confidence with clients and possess the ability to keep a cool head when under pressure.
